Z.A.ZEN （ザゼン）のオーナー／ CEO である多美子・シェーアは、ライター、写真家、ビジネスウーマンでありパイロットです。彼女の写真と記事の多くは、大企業から中小企業、様々な非政府系団体、地方自治体等、多美子・シェーアが 15 年の業務経験を持つ、取引先の出版物に掲載されています。
多美子・シェーアは、 1995 年以来、南アフリカと米国におけるパイロット免許を保持しており、主に 未開墾地 を飛行しています。フランスアルプス、「知人が訪れたことのない」人里離れた場所を捜し求めて、南部アフリカの広範囲の飛行経験がございます。南アフリカ人と結婚し、現在は南アフリカ、ヨハネスブルク在住。
